ATTORNEY PROFILES

Mr. Caldwell is a former partner with McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri; and Watson Rounds in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. He currently runs his firm, Caldwell Law Firm, PC that practices primarily in Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. Mr. Caldwell brings more than 30 years experience in contract, real estate, intellectual property, corporate, business, and international law matters to the Firm. He is personally licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and  Missouri.  He is also admitted to practice in Texas, Missouri and Kansas Federal Courts as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Caldwell was a Texas licensed CPA for an international oil, gas and chemical company. Mr. Caldwell received his BS in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Kansas and his JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Mr. Foster joined the Caldwell Law Firm in 2018. He began his career in 1993 at Polsinelli, PC as a Business Lawyer. In 2000, Mr. Foster began a 20+ year career of providing counsel and leadership to many private companies through various senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO and General Counsel.  His broad experience extends to complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, Board matters, international business, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, regulatory compliance, and residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Foster is personally licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas and is admitted to practice before the Missouri and Kansas Federal Courts.

Mr. Foster received his BA in Economics (cum laude) from Tufts University and his JD and MBA degrees from Washington University.  Mr. Foster is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is a proud citizen of both the US and the UK.  Mr. Foster co-founded wanerkids.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with a variety of health issues.
